• All clients participate at their own risk.
• R300/person deposit required to secure your booking – this is part of the total payment.
• Balance to be paid any time before, and no later than immediately after, the flight.
• All credit card payments incur a 5% handling fee.
• If weather cancels your paragliding booking and you cannot reschedule there will be a 10% administration fee charged.
• Due to wind variability flight times may vary. Bookings may be delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled at the sole digression of Cape Town Tandem Paragliding, its owners and management.
• In the event of a cancellation within 30 – 2 days of a confirmed booking date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
• In the event of a “no show” or cancellation within 24 hours of confirmed booking date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• If Cape Town Tandem Paragliding arranges the transfer and the transfer commences but weather cancels the activity, the client is still responsible for payment of the cost of the transfer.
• The owners and management of Cape Town Tandem Paragliding cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of any property of the guest.
• All clients will be required to sign an indemnity before the activity takes place, under 18 year old will require a parent/legal guardian to sign their indemnity.
